Frequently asked questions

Can we visit your home to meet the puppies?

For the health, safety, and wellbeing of our puppies, as well as the privacy of our home, we do not offer in-home visits or home pickups. Our puppies are raised in a carefully managed environment, and limiting outside exposure during their early development is essential to protecting their health and ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

We fully understand how exciting this process is, and we are committed to maintaining a close connection with each of our families. You will receive consistent photo and video updates throughout your puppy’s early development, and we are always happy to schedule FaceTime calls so you can personally watch your puppy grow and thrive.

When it is time for pickup, arrangements will be made at a safe, mutually agreed-upon public location to ensure a smooth, secure, and comfortable transition for both the puppy and your family.

What is your deposit policy?

Can we visit your home to meet the puppies?

We want every family to feel confident they’re choosing the right puppy. A deposit is required to reserve a puppy or join a current or future waitlist. Puppies are selected in the order deposits are received for each litter and sex.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a future litter if you let us know before the puppies are 4 weeks old. This helps us plan properly and ensure each puppy finds the perfect family.

Deposits will be returned if:

  • We decide a placement isn’t the right fit
  • Something unexpected happens to the puppy while in our care
  • A planned breeding does not result in puppies

If a certain color, pattern, or sex isn’t produced, deposits may be moved to a future litter, though refunds are not available in these cases.
We also reserve the right to choose the families we feel are the best match for our puppies and may keep first pick of any litter.

What forms of payment do you accept? Do you offer financing?

  • Puppies are usually ready to go home between 6–8 weeks of age.
  • each puppy will be vet-checked and come with health records.
  • Pickup dates are confirmed 1–2 weeks in advance.

Occasionally, we may extend a puppy’s stay if we feel they need a little extra time to grow, thrive, or fully transition to solid food. Pricing will not change if we adjust the pickup date for the puppy’s well-being.

If a family needs to delay pickup beyond the agreed date, approval is required in advance, and a $10 per day boarding fee will apply. Puppies must be picked up by 8 weeks of age, unless we extend their stay for health reasons.

What if I can no longer keep my puppy?

We recognize that life circumstances can change. Should you ever be unable to care for your puppy, it is your responsibility to ensure they are placed in a loving and suitable home. When possible and appropriate, we are glad to offer assistance by helping list the puppy or guiding you through the rehoming process.

While we do not offer refunds, our priority is always the puppy’s safety and well-being.
If your puppy is rehomed, the original owner is responsible for clearly communicating whether the dog does or does not have breeding rights.
